Keeping the Agency fresh means constant evaluation of our own website and marketing; we have to practice what we preach. I've introduced some new layouts and rearranged information in a way that makes more sense to the user journey, whilst elevating the brand identity by getting a little more creative with how we implement our brand guidelines.


2020 saw the implementation of mini campaigns each month, focussing on an aspect of the business. "GET PRINTED", "GET DIGITAL" and "GET INTEGRATED" were supported by direct mail pieces, such as this one, email marketing and social posts, and saw a good rate of enquiries and new business.


The sales team needs design support to follow up leads and convert a little chat into a paying client. Working with a more sophisticated spin on the brand guidelines, I created a suite of EDM templates for the team to choose from and customise with their own text.
